During the planned maintenance last night many of the circuits with the legacy carrier did not come back online.

We are continuing to investigate the ongoing outage with our legacy broadband connections.

This is currently being investigated by our Network Engineers and has been escalated with the carrier.

We will provide another update shortly.

Investigating - Good evening, after our Planned Maintenance on eve Connect Broadband Network, the work carried out was unsuccessful and your eve Connect Broadband connection is still offline.

The incident has been raised to our Carrier and we are working closely with them and monitoring any updates.
